V-Suite HQ was founded by Nicole Cartwright, a leadership strategist, psychology graduate, and coach with over a decade leading teams in one of Australia’s largest retailers.
After years of watching women burn out in systems not built for them, she set out to create something different: a space where women could develop their leadership edge without sacrificing their peace or their power.
She envisions building a global movement that redefines leadership for modern women.
