MY STORY
Hi, I’m Nicole - founder of V-Suite HQ.
After more than a decade in corporate leadership and coaching high-achieving women, I saw a pattern I couldn’t ignore:
Too many women were quietly burning out trying to do leadership “right.”
They were capable and brilliant... but overwhelmed. Juggling it all. Doubting themselves. Performing while feeling stretched thin. Then I had kids and became the exact woman I had watched with fascination for years...only now my fascination had turned to frustration.
I created The V-Suite to change that.
